Sergey is a specialist of oil and petroleum products sales optimization for export and domestic markets. His work experience in the oil and gas area is over 20 years: 7 years as head of the Moscow branch of Argus Media, which is one of top world agencies of oil and petroleum products pricing.
Sergey has 10 years of work experience with TNK-BP and during different time periods working there has run both strategic planning and sales and logistics positions. As sales and logistics manager at the company’s new business development department, he has carried out a number of roles: supervising sales activations on ESPO-class crude oil in Asian markets, projects on processing of light crude on mini-refineries, light oil products sales activation in the Mongolian premium market and optimization of gasoline sales at the domestic market by launching the brand fuel with detergent and octane additives.
Since the completion of his career in TNK-BP he has been trading at high-premium markets delivering light feed stocks — oil, gas condensate to the end consumers in Russia and for export, specializing in sales in Mongolia and China.
