Mikhail Siyatskiy

Mikhail is an oil engineer, who specializes in geology exploration and development of oil and gas fields, holds a PhD in geology and has been working in the industry for more than 35 years. He has worked in research institutions: SevKavNIPIneft, Nizhnevartovsk NIPIneft, and in engineering companies: Engineering Consulting Oil Company in Nizhnevartovsk, MD-Seys Consulting Company, Engineering Consulting Oil Company, NIPI-R Company in Moscow.

Mikhail is an expert of the Russian State Commission of Reserves. He has carried out more than 50 studies of the technical and economic evaluations of oil and gas recovery factors. He is an expert of the Russian Central oil & gas Development Commission since 2005 and has carried out more than 140 studies on depletion technologies for various oil and gas fields. He is also an expert for the Russian expert society on subsoil use (section of oil and gas) since 2008. From 2003 to 2013 he was a member of the Central oil & gas Development Commission under Federal Agency for Subsoil Use. Mikhail also is an author of five inventions and has many published works on technology of extraction and exploitation of oil and gas fields.
